Robotic welding for livestock panels and pen frames

The haibao robot livestock fence welding cell combines industrial robots with fixtures and workpiece positioning for repeated panel and frame production. The reference installation at Shandong Meitang Machinery includes two production lines for pig-pen and cattle-fence fabrication.

Hold the panel and present the seams

Fixture design establishes the locations of rails, posts and frame members. Positioning equipment presents the joints to the robot, while the loading arrangement is selected for component size and production volume. The photographs show dual-robot and rotating-fixture arrangements from the reference application.

Manage variation with the right sensing options

Laser seam tracking and vision-based location are described as options within the equipment family. Their suitability depends on joint access, surface condition and the range of part variation. Fixture accuracy and a defined welding procedure remain important to stable production.

Plan the cell as part of the production flow

Cutting, forming, assembly, welding and unloading should be considered together. Choose the handling and station arrangement around the panel mix rather than assuming that every fence design can use the same tooling or program.

Can one cell make different fence models?

A cell can be evaluated for a defined family of panels. Supply drawings of each model so the proposal can specify adjustable features, dedicated fixtures, welding programs and the expected changeover steps.
