Coordinate the welding torch and the workpiece

The haibao robot welding manipulator and positioning system brings torch travel and workpiece handling into one application-based equipment plan. It is intended for manufacturers choosing a complete welding-station arrangement for vessels, pipes or metal structures.

Select the handling method around the part

A manipulator can be combined with turning rolls, a positioner or a turning device. Part mass, center of gravity, access and the seam path determine which arrangement is appropriate. The reference images show examples of manipulator and workpiece-positioning layouts.

Cover longitudinal, circular and overlay applications

The equipment family is used for internal and external shell seams, large-diameter pipe joints, vessel-head seams and selected overlay operations. Each application requires its own torch approach, support design and control sequence.

Process and material choices

TIG, MIG/MAG, plasma and SAW equipment may be selected according to the joint. Carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminum applications are evaluated with the appropriate welding procedure and equipment package.
