Mechanized welding for circular joints

The haibao robot circumferential seam-welding system is offered for cylindrical components requiring controlled relative movement between the workpiece and welding torch. The reference equipment shows a supported welding station with an integrated welding power source.

Start with the circular joint

Part diameter, wall thickness and joint access define the equipment layout. Send a drawing showing the complete circumference, nearby obstructions and the required torch approach so that the proposed station can be checked against the real component.

Coordinate welding and workpiece support

A circumferential welding solution must hold the component securely and maintain the selected welding path. The workpiece support, drive arrangement, torch mounting and process controls are specified together for the application.

Confirm performance with a representative weld

The original equipment page does not provide a complete capacity table. Diameter range, load rating, welding speed and process selection are therefore quotation-stage items. Request a representative sample trial and agreed inspection criteria before fixing production targets.
