Plan the welding station around your air-tank design

The haibao robot air tank automatic welding system is configured for the production requirements of air-reservoir and cylindrical tank manufacturers. The reference layout combines a welding manipulator with adjustable workpiece support.

Define the tank family first

Provide the minimum and maximum tank sizes, material grades, wall thicknesses and mass. A clear part family makes it possible to evaluate fixture changeover, torch access and the practical working envelope.

Include every required joint in the review

Show the seams, heads and attachments on the drawing. The selected welding process and handling arrangement depend on joint geometry and production sequence; these should be agreed before specifying machine capacity or cycle time.

Prepare an equipment-scope proposal

The reference page presents an equipment arrangement without a detailed performance table. Load capacity, diameter range, power source, welding controls and automation level are therefore selected for the project. Inspection and acceptance requirements should be included in the inquiry.
