haibao robot · NEWS & TECHNICAL INSIGHTS
Manufacturers of pig pens, cattle fencing and livestock handling panels need repeatable welds across large numbers of similar joints. haibao robot combines welding robots, purpose-built fixtures and handling equipment to reduce repetitive manual welding and repositioning.
A panel may contain many short welds at tube intersections, brackets and frame joints. Small fit-up differences accumulate across the assembly, while repeated loading and turning consume time beyond the weld itself. A useful automation proposal therefore considers the panel family, locating points and handling sequence together.
The system described in the original development announcement combines PLC control, hydraulic handling, industrial computer control and multi-axis motion. Depending on the application, robot packages can incorporate laser seam tracking, scanning or vision to locate joints and compensate for position variation. Sensor selection and correction limits must be established using representative parts.
Positioning fixtures support consistent assembly and keep the torch access clear. Turning devices present welds in suitable orientations. A two-station arrangement can allow loading at one station while the robot welds at the other, subject to a properly separated operating area and the agreed production sequence.
Measure loading, clamping, locating, welding, turning and unloading as separate steps. Compare total output and repair work over a representative product mix. The original announcement reports productivity and labor savings, but these depend on the panel design and should be validated for a new installation.
Send panel drawings, tube sizes and wall thicknesses, material, weld requirements, product variants and daily volume. We will review the fixture concept, robot reach and station arrangement.
